I am a lawyer with an EMBA education, specialised in the field of intellectual property considered from the view of a strategic approach, discerning and dealing with the protection of knowledge through innovative (legal) processes; within a company, I establish agile and innovative teams, leaving them to strategically manage their intellectual property, thus limiting the risks of foreign markets through contracts, market surveillance, and monetisation of the knowledge developed.

I obtained my experience through working in larger international companies before establishing my own practice where I offer guidance to Slovenian and foreign innovative companies in order for them to avoid the international legal challenges with the purpose of succeeding on international markets.

I am also an EU-mentor in the field: I give lectures both home and abroad, and specialise in the law of new technologies and innovations, international commercial law, and intellectual property law.

A surfboarding enthusiast with a long-time keen interest in law, entrepreneurship, and innovations. He deals mostly with legal challenges related to the fields of company law, corporate law, and contract law.

In his line of work, he provides advice to both Slovenian and foreign legal entities, preparing legal documents and, above all, striving towards finding efficient and innovative solutions. In addition, he also represents clients in commercial disputes before the Courts and other government bodies.

My name is Eva Mikelj and I am an MA student at the Faculty of Law in Ljubljana from where I graduated in September 2018. I love the dynamics and the creativity that working in the field of intellectual property has to offer.

I see the future as an infinite possibility, an unending potential. In the Tina Osojnik Legal Boutique, I have the opportunity to be a part of this future, analytically addressing new tasks and challenges in a thorough and persistent fashion.

I am extremely passionate about working with people, cooperating and connecting with my coworkers in the Legal Boutique. I also offer my services in two legal consultancy offices working in the framework of the Faculty of Arts in the field of international protection and protection from discrimination. In addition to law, I dedicate my time to climate change and animal rights, and also take part in sports activities.

Give 100% and time to all what you do. This is all it takes for your life and your career to run their course according to your wishes and ambitions. I am an alum of the Faculty of Law in Ljubljana, a drum’n’bass DJ, and a promotor and organiser of this type of events in the Slovenian capital. I’ve been practicing law for 4 years: I first started working in a law firm and, for the past year, have been employed in the Tina Osojnik Legal Boutique where I mostly deal with civil and company law or, more specifically, intellectual property law.

I devote my free time to sport and music. Well, maybe “free” time is not the best way of putting it: neither of the abovementioned fields – law, music and, most of all, sport – have ever specifically made me feel like I’m “working”. First and foremost, they are activities that make me happy, fulfil me, and justifiably take up 100% of my dedication. Now, we just have to add time and we’ll come back to the equation for success I mentioned at the beginning, which is the advice I firmly try to follow in everything I do.
